SALE OF PRODUCTS

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is not an acceptance of the order nor is it a confirmation of our offer to sell. An orders is deemed to be an offer by the customer to purchase items on our website and and is subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept an order for any reason. Payment of any order is required before it is despatched. You must ensure that your personal details, including the address for delivery, are complete and accurate. If the address is wrongly input and the goods are consequently undeliverable and returned to us, you will be charged postage again for us to re-send your order.

We reserve the right to alter or withdraw products given on this website at any time.

We shall endeavour that all orders are met.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

In the event that any order is incorrect, the customer must notify us within 7 (seven) days after delivery. We abide by the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR). If we made a mistake or if the product is faulty or damaged, the product shall be returned to us at our cost (first class or first class recorded). Upon receipt, we will send a replacement at our own cost. If you wish to return an item for any other reason (unwanted, not as you thought, changed your mind), please email us. In this circumstance, the customer agrees to pay for the postage to return the goods to us as per the DSR. This cost shall not be refunded. If a refund is due, the refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s) to the cost of the goods returned. Items must be returned as ''re-sellable'', i.e. unopened, not damaged and with the correct quantities.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may cancel your order within 7 (seven) days from the day the customer has received the goods. For the refund to be processed, you must first inform us in writing and return the goods to us as soon as possible. Postage will not be refunded. You can also cancel an order before the goods have been dispatched. You will be entitled to a full refund providing you contact us on time.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The agreement between you and us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you and we shall both submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Faulty items

If anything you order from us fails prematurely due to defective workmanship or materials, we would be happy to offer a full or partial refund, repair or replacement as appropriate in the circumstances. Please contact us to arrange return of faulty items.

Price policy

We describe every item in our catalogue as accurately as we can. However, occasionally product description or pricing errors occur. If after you have submitted your order we discover such an error or the item ordered becomes unavailable we'll do our best to inform you at the earliest opportunity. You may then choose whether to proceed with your order or to cancel it. If we cannot contact you, we may treat your order as cancelled. Subject to this, we intend that prices remain valid for the life of this catalogue. All orders are subject to our acceptance. We accept your order and form the contract between you and us only when the goods are despatched to you. Finally, all our products are subject to availability - we cannot supply what we do not have.
