Postage and packaging is £3.95 including V.A.T on all UK orders under £75 and we use both Royal Mail & Interlink couriers.

• For UK orders we endeavour to despatch the order the day we receive it so you get it the next day but please allow up to 7 days.

In the unlikely event that the goods you receive from us are faulty or of the wrong specification, please notify us immediately and we will arrange a refund or exchange of the goods. The refund will be carried out as soon as the goods have been received and checked.

In the case of validated returns, return postage and insurance costs will be refunded.

Unfortunately, no refund or exchange can be given for used products. Any used products returned will be disposed of upon receipt.
